What is QVC+?

QVC+ is QVC UK's free streaming service. Watch all four QVC channels live, catch up on shows from the last few days, jump straight to the product you saw, and browse today's deals, in your browser, in the QVC+ TV app, or by pressing the red button on Freeview.

Who runs QVC+?

QVC+ is run by QVC UK, the same team behind the QVC channels and qvcuk.com. QVC is part of QVC Group, which also owns HSN in the US.

How do I watch QVC+ on my TV?

If you watch QVC on Freeview, Freely or Virgin Media, press the red button on your remote while on channel 16 or 37. Or open your TV's app store, search "QVC+" and install the free app. It is available on Samsung, LG, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Android TV, Google TV, Sony, TCL, Hisense, Netgem, Sharp and Philips TVs.

What is the difference between QVC+ and qvcuk.com?

QVC+ is where you watch. qvcuk.com is where you buy. Every product you see on QVC+ has a Shop Now button that takes you to its page on qvcuk.com, where you can check the price, read reviews and order. Your QVC account, orders and basket all live on qvcuk.com.

Is QVC+ free to watch?

Yes. QVC+ is free to watch and there is nothing to sign up for. You will never be asked to pay to watch; the only time you pay is at the checkout on qvcuk.com when you buy something.

What can I watch on QVC+?

Live: all four QVC channels, including QVC Beauty and QVC Style, 24 hours a day.
Catch up: every show from the last few days, with a list of the products featured and the moment each one was shown.
Series: original QVC+ series such as Recipe Origins, Live Well, Beauty Confessions and The Morning Show.
Deals: Today's Special Value and the week's offers, updated daily.

How do I buy something I see on QVC+?

Click Shop Now on the product and you go straight to its page on qvcuk.com. On catch-up shows the products are listed under the player with a "Watch from" time, so you can jump to the demo before you buy. You can also call 0800 50 40 30. Prices can change after a show airs, so the price on qvcuk.com is the one you pay.

What is Today's Special Value?

Today's Special Value (TSV) is QVC's daily deal: one product at its lowest price of the year, for 24 hours from midnight. You will find it at the top of the Deals page on QVC+ and on qvcuk.com.

Do I need an account to watch QVC+?

No. You can watch everything on QVC+ without signing in. You will need a QVC UK account when you buy, and you can create one at the checkout on qvcuk.com.

Is the price I see on QVC+ the price I pay?

The price on qvcuk.com at the time you order is the price you pay. Catch-up shows keep the prices from the day they aired, and Today's Special Value prices only apply on that day, so the price you see in an older show may have changed.

Where can I watch QVC+?

In your browser on any phone, tablet or computer at plus.qvcuk.com. On your TV with the free QVC+ app for Samsung, LG, Amazon Fire TV, Roku and Android TV (including Google TV, Sony, TCL and Hisense). On Freeview, Freely and Virgin Media, press the red button while watching QVC on channel 16 or 37.

How often is new content added?

Every hour. Each show is added to catch-up shortly after it airs, and the TV guide, Recently on TV and Deals pages update through the day. New QVC+ series arrive most weeks.

What can I only watch on QVC+?

Original series made for QVC+ rather than the TV channels: Recipe Origins, Live Well, Beauty Confessions, The QVC Insider, A QVC Story and behind-the-scenes previews. New episodes are added through the month.

Can I watch QVC live on QVC+?

Yes. All four QVC channels stream live, free, 24 hours a day. Open Channels, pick a channel, and the TV guide shows what is on now and next.

Can I jump to the product I want in a show?

Yes. Under every catch-up show is the list of products featured, each with a "Watch from" time. Click it and the show starts at that moment. The same list appears inside the player under In this show.

Can I catch up on a show I missed?

Yes. Shows are available to watch again for a few days after they air. Find them under Recently on TV on the homepage or in the TV guide. Some shows are not kept, usually for rights reasons.

How do I find out about new shows?

Check the TV guide on QVC+ for the week ahead, sign up for QVC UK emails at qvcuk.com, or follow QVC UK on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

What channel is QVC on?

QVC is on Freeview 16, Sky 660 and Virgin Media 740. QVC Beauty, QVC Style and the fourth channel have their own numbers on each platform. You can also watch all four live on QVC+ in your browser or the QVC+ TV app.

Can I watch QVC+ outside the UK?

QVC+ is made for viewers in the UK. If you are abroad, the live channels may not play, but catch-up shows and the TV guide still work. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
